There’s no doubt that Florida is home to some of the best beaches in the United States. From the emerald green coastline of Northwest Florida to the southernmost corner of the Keys, there’s a beautiful beach for everyone in Florida.

And while all of Florida’s beaches are beautiful, there are a few that stand out above the rest for their clear water.

As someone who has lived on the Alabama Gulf Coast my entire life (only 30 minutes from Florida), I have frequented Florida’s beaches often and have great knowledge of the Sunshine State’s best beaches.

Here are the 25 best beaches in Florida with clear water.

Map of the 25 Best Beaches in Florida with Clear Water

Here is a map showing the location of the 25 best beaches in Florida with clear water.

25 Best Beaches with Clear Water in Florida (1)

As you can tell by looking at this map, you’ll see that the overwhelming majority of beaches with clear water are in Northwest Florida, the Gulf Coast area (central and southern part of Florida), and the South Florida area.

You may be wondering why no beaches in the Northeast portion of Florida have made this list. This is because these beaches do not have that crystal-clear Caribbean water you are seeking.

You might find clear water on a rare day, but for the most part, these are not going to be the best beaches with water that is clear.

Northwest Florida Beaches with Clear Water

You don’t have to go too far into Florida for some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

You might be surprised that the beaches in Northwest Florida not only have clear water but the most beautiful emerald shade.

In fact, Northwest Florida is called The Emerald Coast for its clear, emerald-green water.
